Today we bring you ideas and gifts for the first lady in your life. You exploded out of her special place, forever pissing off your father many years ago. So we created a holiday to say “Thank You,” sell lots of flowers, and kill a bunch of trees. Thanks mom.

The bottom line is that every mother needs an umbrella and chances are the one she's got is nowhere near as dope as the one Pasottio Ombrelli designed. Pasottio is not only passionate about pleasing passers-by, but the holder as well, and his designs will make you happy even on the rainiest of days! The serenity that exists on the inside of this umbrella is second to none. It'll run you a couple of bucks...but she's worth it. Or not

She's old...but she ain't that old. Even if it's only once a year, ma dukes is gonna go out and enjoy herself, with or without your old man. Badgley Mischka brings to you a line of beautiful clutches (Candice & Edith Bags) that will no doubt keep her in style. Coming in an array of colors and ranging in price from $400-$600 she'd love you more than she does now. BUT, if you contact them directly you can haggle yourself a deal (212 868 0150). All items are 100% silk, pleated with a kiss lock and have crystals on the frame.

This is pretty standard, and might even be lame to some of the more hi-tech moms. However, The Ipod as a gift works, and it works well on multiple levels. It's not cheap, showing mom that you are achieving a small semblance of financial stability. It's not that expensive, showing that you still have some good common sense, and leaves you room to pay your cable bill. Pick out some of her favorite songs and put them on there ahead of time. *Bonus* If your mom is a fatty this might inspire her to jog!

Kidding! Do your father and yourself a favor and think about adding a pajama gram to whatever you decide to get her as a main gift. That nasty old robe she's been wearing since 1997 needs an upgrade. This will keep her covered, keep you safe from accidental flashings, and provide the family with a little piece of mind.
